BORROWED EQUIPMENT
I tested the screen recording to make sure my film would work. I used QuickTime Player to do this, as it is the only app that can record the lock screen as well.

TESTED SCREEN RECORDING
When importing this clip I had an error. To fix this I encoded the clip through Finder, which made a smaller, separate file that worked with Premiere Pro.

SHOOTING DAY - CANCELLED
I couldn't shoot today since one of my actors (Yasmin Gooch) had a family emergency, and couldn't make it. We are going to reschedule this.

I returned most of the equipment except the microphone since I require it to film the scenes that include typing - these need to be recorded.

CHANGE OF CASTING
One of my actors, Alex, said that he would be unavailable for the rest of the duration of the production stage, meaning I had to cast a new actor. I chose one of my crew members to do this as he has acting experience and was willing to take on the role of Daniel.

SHOOTING DAY
Today was the first and only day of shooting for Pinch, Punch. I feel as though it went very smoothly - the actors showed up on time and knew their lines, allowing us to wrap up in just over 45 minutes.

Today I showcased the rough cut I made and received feedback for it. The feedback I did receive stated that I should speed up some of the typing as well as tighten up the editing so that the film will keep audiences interested throughout its runtime.

I have been sorting out my edits with colour coding in order to keep myself and the timeline organized. I made all the click sound effects pink, and all the Facebook notification sound effects yellow.
